Job Title: Field Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:

Field Sales Specialist would be responsible for the following:






  • Canvassing a specific perimeter on the island/mainland as assigned by your supervisor to onboard new clients for Renda Limited.

  • Report to your supervisor daily.

  • Onboard recruited clients.

  • Assist with the development of strategies to source for clients

  • Identify, build relationship with and manage clients expectations

  • Provide timely, relevant and actionable reporting on market status regarding delivery and clients needs


Daily Target:



  • 250 Deliveries daily

  • (Be assisted with social media and email format- achieve the target by onboarding business that offer at least 20 deliveries a day which means 13 businesses)


Requirement:



  • Previous experience in sales preferred



Remuneration:



  • N50,000 net (12,500 weekly)

  • HMO

  • 10% commission on the company’s profit per delivery completed to be paid at the end of the month once at least 60% of stated target is achieved.

  • We are searching for a dynamic and experienced leader to manage our client, Associations Secretariat; in the role of Executive Secretary (ES).


  • The Executive Secretary will work closely with the Executive Board of Directors, serving as the main link between the different member companies and external stakeholders of the association.

Duties and Responsibilities



Board Governance:



  • Responsible for communicating effectively with the Board and providing, in a timely and accurate manner, all information necessary for the Board to function properly and to make informed decisions.


  • Supports operations and administration of the Executive Board by interfacing between


  • Executes board-approved policies and programs


  • Maintains a working knowledge of developments and trends in the oil and gas sector


  • Sees that the board is kept fully informed regarding the organization and environment


  • Oversees the Standing and Ad-Hoc Committee meetings.


  • Board and staff, and supporting the Board’s evaluation of the Secretariat operations.


  • Serves as a primary spokesperson and representative to the organization’s stakeholders, the media, and the general public.


  • Attends board meetings and provides support to the Executive Board of Directors


Organizational Mission & Strategy:



  • Responsible for the implementation of programs that carry out the organization’s mission.


  • Responsible for strategic planning to ensure that the association can successfully fulfill its Mission into the future.


  • Directs and oversees and implements short and long term strategic plans


  • Maintains effective and cost-efficient programs


  • Establishes and maintains relationships with various organizations and utilizes those relationships to strategically enhance the association’s mission.


  • Responsible for the enhancement of the association’s image by being active and visible in the Oil Sector and by working closely with other professionals, civic and private organizations

Secretariat Operations:



  • Develops and implements operational plans, policies, and goals that further the vision mission and objectives


  • Maintains official records and documents, and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations


  • Builds and maintains a culture that attracts, keeps, and motivates a diverse staff committed to the vision, mission, and objectives of the association.


Financial:



  • Ensures accurate and complete financial and accounting records of the organization


  • Ensures that financial goals are achieved and operating expenses are within budget


  • Works with the board in the preparation of the annual budget


  • Ensures that financial controls are met


  • Expands and maintains fundraising activities to support and grow existing programs With the Board of Directors manages fundraising campaigns and donor cultivation.


  • Oversees fundraising planning and implementation, including identifying resource requirements, researching funding sources, establishing strategies to approach funders, submitting proposals, and administrating fundraising records and documentation


Human Resources:



  • Effectively manages the human resources of the organization according to authorized


  • personnel policies and procedures that fully conform to current laws and regulations


  • Conducts performance appraisals as required 


  • Formulates and implements corrective action as needed


  • Ensure volunteers are engaged and recognized for their work.


  • Hires supervises and when necessary dismisses staff


  • Leads, coaches and develops the organization’s staff to create a well-working team

Qualifications & Personal Attributes



  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline or MBA

  • Previous success in establishing relationships with individuals and organizations of influence in the oil sector.


  • Previous experience in organizing and participating in Conferences and Exhibitions.

Overview



  • Under the direct supervision of the Seed Production Manager the Programme Officer Seed System & Agribusiness will assist in project management; coordination and reporting and accountability obligations of the EGS Nigeria Project.


  • The role aims to strengthen seed systems and promote agribusiness and be the AATF liaison point for the EGS Nigeria Entity and Agridrive Limited.


Project Management



  • Manage sub grants under the EGS Nigeria project and AATF’s Joint Ventures with Agridrive; monitor work plans and budget utilization on a quarterly basis


  • Monitor the EGS project and joint venture results and risks framework


  • Monitor the EGS Company strategy and business plan in line with AATFs incubation responsibilities


  • Collect all neceary information and provide input to the annual BMGF project report


  • Monitor partner seed companies’ field activities including demos and field days.


  • Represent AATF in local stakeholders’ meetings


  • Be the day-to-day project contact person for the EGS entity and other stakeholders.


Coordinate Incubation Services



  • Facilitate discussion every year on the progress of the incubation services and update the yearly Service Level Agreement (SLA) between AATF and the EGS Entity and between AATF and Agridrive Ltd.


  • Support the EGG Entity in terms of seed production and quality control with guidance from AATF Seed ProductionManager


  • Support the EGS Entity in customers’ surveys as needed


  • Support hybrid technology, Mechanization and digital technology promotional campaigns.


  • Monitor incubation services according to the SLA between the EGS Entity and AATF


  • Participate in the monthly EGS Entity Sales and Operations meetings and relevant meetings with Agridrive Ltd on the Joint Ventures


Qualifications and Experience



  • Minimum Master’s Degree in Agricultural Science / Agribusiness


  • Professional qualification such as Seed production will be added advantage


  • At least 5 years’ experience working on agribusiness, seed sector, seed systems development


  • Language – English and French.
