PROJECT COORDINATOR


JOB DESCRIPTION

To provide comprehensive assistance in project initiation, planning, execution, control and closure to facilitate IS project related activities

Assist in compiling project charter including projecting project scope, problem statement and goal statement.

Assist with project-planning in line with recommended tool sets.

Track project activities and compliance with planning guidelines and project plans.

Co-ordinate input and maintains plans throughout project life cycle.

Gather project status and assist in providing with up to date information on all projects (where applicable) to Project Manager.

Track and monitor identified risks and proactively escalate risks in accordance with related escalation rules (where applicable) and procedures.

Measure progress per work stream and team members against weekly targets and deliverables.

Schedule and track quality assurance reviews and assist with formal project success reviews.

Organise and facilitate project meetings, sessions and workshops and document minutes of project meetings, weekly reports or any other reports identified as relevant to the project.

Prepare and circulate project status update reports.

Assist with negotiating and administering supplier contracts and service level agreements and build good working and professional relationship with suppliers and subcontractors.

Provide insight into essential project metrics, monitor and execute SLAs to stakeholders.

Keep a— of business process changes and communicate these to team members.

Develop reports as required by the IS Project Manager Build and maintain relationships within and outside IS

Support the IS Project Manager in project execution

CREDIT ASSESSMENT ANALYST


JOB DESCRIPTION     

Process credit applications and analyse credit requests and recommend limits based on assessment score card/templates

Maintain Individual Credit Accounts, Trade Partners and Corporate Credit Accounts by ensuring completeness, accuracy and correctness.

Receive and sort credit applications from Account Managers across MTNN

Maintain a proper log of all such applications and ensure completeness and accuracy of information provided

Analyze credit applications using applicable templates

Ensure value creation when engaging with Customer

Ensure value is created through effective stakeholder management

Maintenance of Bank Guarantee (BG) from Corporate credit customers:

Obtain BGs from Account Managers

Review BGs of potential and existing corporate credit customers for adequacy, accuracy and compliance with MTN’s policy

Prepare and send BGs confirmation letter to MTNN partner banks to verify genuineness

Ensure BG expiry status alerts are received and reviewed regularly

Maintain schedule of bank guarantees for corporate credit customers and connect stores

Generate report and resolve all related queries:

Regularly maintain and review BG information on the tracking system

Review BG expiration alerts and communicate to Account Managers


EXPERIENCE & TRAINING

First Degree in Accountancy, Economics, Business Administration or related fields

ANALYST, SPONSORSHIP & PROMOTIONS (MASS MARKET)


JOB DESCRIPTION    

Assist in the execution and management of Mass market sponsorships & promotions in the Brand & Communication department in line with the overall marketing strategy in conjunction with the Sponsorship and Promotions Manager.

Articulate knowledge of industry best practices with regard to sponsorship, promotions, and events

Liaise with cross functional units to ensure smooth implementation of all high value sponsorship, promotions, and events

Assist in the implementation of the various functions in MTNN on all mass market (women, youth & teens) Sponsorship & promotions

Implement short and long term strategy for the sponsorship, promotions and events teams for penetration into the mass market segment of the Nigerian telecom market

Execute the activities stipulated in the brand & communication Management plan to ensure that brand and communication objectives are achieved.

Assess mass market sponsorship proposals related to brand & communication.

Assist in coordinating MTN’s sponsorship activities in the brand & communication’s youths & teens segments

Implement metrics to measure impact of current processes and strategy related to sponsorship & promotions for Women, Teens & Youth

Liaise with the legal division in ensuring compliance to all relevant contractual agreements (MOU’s & SLA’s)

Facilitate all sponsorship & promotions related to brand & communication

Manage relationship with agencies and affinity partners

Assist to monitor external vendors, event managers and agencies to ensure activities are cost effective and agreed to timelines or scales

ANALYST, CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

JOB DESCRIPTION


Assist in the development, implementation and measurement of various “Below The Line” campaign programmes that focus on customer retention and customer life-cycle management.

Leverage the outbound and inbound channels for campaign execution aimed at reducing churn and increasing customers’ spend.

Identify opportunities within the base for revenue optimization and campaign management with the aim of developing relevant programmes to address these opportunities

Monitor and track campaign performance over campaign lifecycle and ensure right decisions are taken regarding continuing or discontinuing campaigns

Design and execute pilot campaigns to determine best approach to campaign deployment, offer development and campaign scripting before scale-up

Utilize both inbound and outbound campaign management platforms for the purpose of campaign execution, deployment and evaluation

Ensure no revenue dilution as a result of campaign activities

Provide support to campaign segmentation analyst as required.

Responsible for developing and executing Below The Line campaigns with the aim of generating incremental revenue and reducing churn on the network

Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns

Write, edit and proofread campaign scripts to ensure the best and effective marketing communication is achieved to drive campaign uptake and improved campaign success rate

Regularly monitor and measure ROI of campaigns and take key decisions regarding continuity or modification of campaigns.

Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns

Analyse outbound and inbound campaign results and propose recommendations to the business based on campaign performance and evaluation

Execution of overall customer base strategy to include but not limited to acquisition quality, welcome engagement campaign, upgrade and cross sell strategy, base migrations and retention strategy

Analysis of the customer base to identify segments that have revenue upliftment opportunity or who are a churn risk that require an intervention

Take ownership of the Go to market process, ensuring all processes and customer journeys are designed and followed

Design monthly campaign calendar and campaign plan for execution ensuring timelines are met and targeting is in line with strategy

Perform Customer Lifecycle Management activities that translate into elongated customer life cycle.

Demonstrate broad understanding of Big Data end-to-end ecosystem and dependencies to identify trends in customer dynamics

Interface with segment managers to understand their campaign needs in supporting product development and performance throughout their product lifecycle

Liaise with vendors responsible for managing systems/tools/capabilities within CVM for campaign management and analytical needs

Contribute and participate in campaign idea generation meetings and cross functional Customer Lifecycle Management meeting as required.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & TRAINING

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of spe…ation; with experience working with others in a medium sized organization

Experience in Database/Direct Marketing or Product Management in telecommunications industry

Experience in developing test design, significance testing, establishing error ranges, and key success metrics.

Expertise in experimental test design

Experience with major campaign management platform(s) within telecoms industry

Demonstrable data-mining, analytical skills and segmentation techniques

Good understanding of customer data analysis, propensity modelling and segmentation techniques; excellent understanding of data manipulation and interrogation techniques.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

BEd, BA, BEng, BSc, BTech, HND or LLB.
