IT OFFICER
REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor’s degree, usually in Computer Science, Communications or Business or Completion of a college program in Computer Science, Graphic Arts, Web Design or Business is required.
Experience as a Web Developer/Programmer or graphic designer
At least 2 years’ experience in Web development and management
SKILLS:
Ability to build Websites Using HTML/CSS/JS and Other Front-End Technologies
Code and Deploy Applications in a Cross-Platform, Cross-Browser Environment
DETAIL-ORIENTATED
UX (User Experience)
Document Project Build and Maintenance
Experience Building User Interfaces and Prototypes from Wireframes and Designs
Experience with Photoshop/Fireworks/CorelDraw
Familiar with Development and Debugging Tools for Cross-Browser Issues
Familiar with Social Media/Internet Marketing and Third Party APIs
Flexibility
Follow and Implement Industry Accepted Best Practices and Tools
