Job Title: Graduate Architect
Location

Responsibilities


  • Development of building designs for both process and non-process buildings

  • Preparation CAD model and drawing information

  • Preparation CAD model schedules

  • Provide input to project specific specifications and stage reports

  • Manage and lead interdisciplinary design issues associated with building design development as directed by the Lead Architect

  • Review, interpret, and apply local, national and client standards within building designs

Job Title: Personal Assistant to the CEO

Responsibilities


  • Handles all social media interactions on behalf of the company.

  • In liaison with the CEO, develop brand, marketing label and tools for training and events as required.

Job Title: Project Manager

Requirements


  • To design the contractual, technical and organizational strategy.

  • Responsibility, from the date when the contract is signed till the date of final acceptance, in terms of Security, Quality, compliance with the planning and budgets.

  • To draw up the plan for the implementation of the project (surveys, purchases, transport, construction, commissioning)

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor Technician

  • Ensure effective and efficient running of the Pressing & Wrapping production lines he is assigned to during his shift.

  • As part of the team, assist colleagues whose production lines are problematic in order to get the overall result of the room to the optimum level.

  • Ensure the production lines produce excellent product quality including good wrapping and sealing of cubes and attainment of the target cube net weight.

  • Monitor and control to the barest minimum product rework generation.
