Job Title: Business Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing
- Ensuring that a highly professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
- Develop and implement new sale initiatives, strategies and execute a territory plan.
- Prepare reporting as needed.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Job Requirements:
- BSC/HND in Marketing / Business Administration or any related field.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise in courier and Logistics.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
