    Job Description



    • The Brand Manager monitors market trends, oversees marketing activities, generates and drives go-to-market strategies with the sole aim of increasing brand market share, sales and profitability.


    Responsibilities



    • Responsible for in-depth market competitor analysis in order to identify threats and opportunities as well as develop marketing plan and activities accordingly.

    • Responsibility for all channels sales growth for the brand, especially Modern trade.

    • Management of products life-cycles (including line cessations)

    • Design and Execute brand marketing plans in alignment with corporate objectives.

    • Ensure brand’s sales, market share and profitability targets are met in line with corporate objectives.

    • Responsible for incremental expansion of dealership base.

    • Design and management of promotional and sponsorship activities.

    • Responsible for providing input in the production of adverts, email and online campaigns, road shows e.t.c

    • Responsible for liasing with the Brand principal on behalf of the organization

    • Responsible for maintaining a healthy PSI for the brand

    • Pilot innovations and create new markets.

    • Responsible for new product introductions.


    Requirements



    • Minimum of B.Sc. or equivalent in Marketing or any other relevant discipline.

    • Minimum of 10 years experience in sales/marketing and brand management

    • Experience in the consumer electronics industry.

    Job Description



    • The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with the accounts and maximising sales opportunities within them.


    Responsibilities



    • Play an integral role in ensuring incremental sales volumes in key accounts year-on-year.

    • Responsible for in-depth market competitor analysis in order to identify threats and opportunities within the accounts as well as develop a marketing plan to ensure sustained business growth.

    • Deepen the relationship with existing key accounts by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.

    • Ensure correct and timely fulfillment of customers orders.

    • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints appropriately.

    • Responsible for new product introductions.


    Requirements



    • Proven experience as a key account manager

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all levels.

    • Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.

    Job Description



    • The Modern Trade Manager is responsible for all activities that could improve sales and revenue in the modern trade channel.


    Responsibilities



    • Responsible for the management of sales targets across the modern trade channel.

    • Responsible for the prices management process – formulating the pricing strategy and implementing the approved pricing structure on all products.

    • Responsible for end-to-end management and growth of the modern trade channel.

    • Responsible for in-depth market competitor analysis in order to identify threats and opportunities.

    • Maintains and expands customer base by counselling Key Accounts / channel sales managers; building and maintaining rapport with key customers and identifying new customer opportunities.

    • Directly manage major and critical developing customer accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts.

    • Responsible for growing market share for Sims products in the modern trade channel

    • Develop and lead effective go to market model strategy for the channel​​​​​​​

    • Prevention of out-of-stock situations across all major customers nation-wide.
