Kwad Nigeria Limited – Our client, a private Security Guard company is recruiting to fill the position below:

 

 

Job Title: Security Supervisor
Location: Lagos

Job Description

• The Supervisor will be required to provide useful advice and oversight functions to complement the effort of the management team towards ensuring quality service delivery in his/her beat.

Responsibilities

• Advise on safety measures to protect live and property in the company.


• Advise on strategies for business continuity, crisis management, workplace violence prevention along with disaster preparedness plans.


• Provide directives for full compliance with security plus safety and all stated objectives.


• Ensure guards follow SoP in their beat.


• Make informed contributions and constructive criticism by providing a clearer or wider view of external factors that affect the company.


• Constructively challenge current plans and enhance business strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND certificate or equivalent.


• Must have depth knowledge of process and procedure of security operation.


• Must be free from any criminal record.


• 3 years experience
