Job Description
- A successful Customer Service Representative must be able to research, prioritize and resolve customer issues in timely and accurate fashion and also maintain documentation of customer inquiries and responses for future reference.
- Main duties include directing or routing customer calls to appropriate personnel for assistance and handling dissatisfied customers in a polite and professional fashion.
- Ultimately, you should be able to track and follow-up all customer requests in a timely manner and maintain broad knowledge of all company products, services and promotions.
