Job Description

• Manage and maintain in-class training facilities and equipment.


• Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.


• Schedule appropriate training sessions.


• Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures.


• Use accepted education principles and track new training methods and techniques.


• Design and prepare educational aids and materials.


• Train and guide new employees.


• Evaluating training and development programmes

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / BSc / MSc


• Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments


• Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.


• A minimum of 3-5 years proven experience as a practitioner/trainer/Lecturer in any of these Professional field (Project Management, Health Safety and Environment, Customer Relationship Management, Human Resource Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management) in any reputable organization/Institution.


• Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques.


• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
