Job Title: General Manager – Mall Management

Job Description

• This opportunity is in a retail business situated in Asaba, Delta State.

Responsibilities

• Business planning and financial management.


• Overseeing all aspects of mall management, i.e. Leasing, tenant relations and Management.


• Operations management and Facility maintenance and control.


• Inspection and safety functions.


• You will develop a structured business plan for the mall covering all key components of mall operation; sales and leasing plans to identify new clients and negotiate with prospective tenants to maximize income in line with the business plan.


• Develop new business strategies to increase sales to achieve desired footfall.
