Customer Service Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in person or via telephone


• Receive and check garments thoroughly for defects


• Tag the clothes with the customer name and order number


• Be creative and come up with ways to improve service


• Be able to work with little or no supervision


• Ability to take initiative


• Attention to detail

Compulsory Skills

• Basic computer and internet usage skills


• Microsoft Word and Excel will be a plus


• Fluent in English


• Great communications skills


• Be punctual (very critical)

Remuneration

 N45,000 – N80,000 / Month
