    Job Description



    • A successful Customer Service Representative manage customer queries and complaints. 

    • You will also be asked to process orders and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.

    • Maintaining a positive, empathic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

    • Responding promptly to customers inquiries

    • Acknowledging and resolving customers complaints

    • Ultimately, you will provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.


    Requirements
