Job Description
- A successful Customer Service Representative manage customer queries and complaints.
- You will also be asked to process orders and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.
- Maintaining a positive, empathic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customers inquiries
- Acknowledging and resolving customers complaints
- Ultimately, you will provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
