    Secretary (Female)

    Our Client, a reputable firm is looking for a Suitable and qualified candidate to fill the role of a FEMALE SECRETARY to perform secretarial and administrative tasks.


    Job Responsibilities:



    • Welcome visitors and clients.

    • Answer phone calls.

    • Respond to emails.

    • Schedule meetings and minutes writing during executive meetings.

    • Prepare conference rooms for meetings.

    • Make travel arrangements for executives.

    • Print and copy documents as needed.


    Job Requirements:



    • Min. of HND certificate in Secretarial Studies, Office Admin or related field.

    Our Client, a reputable firm is looking for a skilled ACCOUNTING CLERK to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks.


    Job Responsibilities:



    • Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department

    • Typing accurately, preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records

    • Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements

    • Run accounting software programs (e.g. PEACHTREE, SAGE etc.) to process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts.

    • keeping financial records updated, preparing reports and reconciling bank statements.

    • Reconcile accounts in a timely manner

    • Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database

    • Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas


    Job Requirements:



    • Min of OND certificate in Banking and Finance, Accounting or related field.

    • Min of 2 years cognate experience.

    • Good communication Skill

    • Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures

    • Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software like Peachtree, Sage etc.
