JOB SUMMARY
HR generalist is responsible for executing HR projects by carrying out detailed research, developing a project plan, coordinating team, writing reports and making presentations. Ensures execution of projects in all service offerings and provides support to department.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution;
- Associate Member of CIPMN;
- Member with an international HR body (CIPD/SHRM) is an added advantage;
- MBA/MSc(HR) is an added advantage.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 2 years post NYSC consulting experience.
