Job Description

• We are currently accepting Corps members and Interns who are enthusiastic about Customer Service to join our Customer Care unit and assist in achieving utmost customer satisfaction.


• In this role, you will interact with our clients by phone, email, and face-to-face with a friendly yet professional demeanour with the goal of ensuring sales.

Requirements

• Degree in Mass Communications, English, Linguistics, Business Administration, Marketing and Sales or any other related field


• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal


• Content creation


• Outstanding phone and email etiquette


• Proficient in Microsoft Office


• Willingness to learn


• Innovative thinker with a positive attitude


• Able to remain calm and professional, even with challenging clients


• Keen attention to detail and excellent memory, making clients feel known


• Ability to learn about our changing product line and articulate specifications readily


• Persuasive, persistent with the ability to drive Sales
