Job Descriptions

• Manage online banking and account reconciliations


• Cash management


• Inventory management


• Conduct value for money audit on purchases and repairs in the store


• Work with store management to manage control areas like product code, price change etc


• Disbursement and retirement of weekly petty cash


• Prepare monthly and quarterly financials for all the grocery stores


• Prepare closing entries, amortization schedules and property tax statements


• Work with credit card providers


• Help stores resolve issues with state and federal tax agencies.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of stock Accounting


• Proficient in data entry and management


• At least 2 years’ experience in a supermarket or chain store


• Ability to use accounting software


• Good organization skill


• Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality


• Team player


• Must be a male


• Supermarket is located at Lagos Island

Salary

NGN80,000 / Month
