SENIOR SALES MANAGER (FURNITURE)

•    Prepare & execute Go to market  plan to Achieve desired monthly Sales Targets

•    Identify New Office Furniture opportunities from Banks, FMCG, Insurance, ISP & Telecom companies and Other Institutions etc.

•    Expected to build and manage solid commercial relationships at all levels and to manage all sales, margin and profitability.

The role will be predominantly travelling outside Lagos majorly towards East and Abuja to build relationships with dealers, creating Sub – Distributors, by targeting specific market areas with them and offering product, sales and technical support. Travelling to places like Abuja, Onitsha, Kano, Port Harcourt etc


Create sales channel for

•    Ironmongery like handles, locks, cylinders, hinges, door closer etc.

•    Glass Accessories like patch fittings, shower hinges, spider, clamp etc.

•    Experience in Automatics [Sliding Door Machine, Revolving Door Machine, Digital Locks] would be preferred.


To achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services. Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.

–    Identify new market; develop new accounts for business growth

•    Meet Architects, designers & contractors, push them to specify product in most projects.

•    Identify and appoint distributors and push sales.

•    Map the whole Nigerian market and increase the sales from 25M to 50M per month. Of which to increase company sales from present 7M to 25M per month

•    Ensure availability of the product in all the markets and recommend which markets live demonstration of the products need to be done.

•    Provide recommendations to the HOD of the gaps in the market and penetration strategy for Abuja, East and North.

•    Come up with the system to track the stock availability at each dealer to ensure re-filling of the goods is done at all times.
