Following the direction of the Capital Logician, the Assistant Logician will be responsible for obtaining quotations on behalf of the procurement officer, Conducting small purchases; ensuring correct filing and archiving of procurement Dossiers; Updating the monthly inventory, writing reports if the need arises and notify the Capital Logician if supplies have reached the minimum stock that has been determined.
Summary of Key Objectives
Provide Administrative Support to Procurement Officer.
Stock management.
Supervise deliveries and dispatches to and from Abuja.

Qualifications
High school leaving certificate or equivalent
Essential Skills & Experience
Min 2 years’ experience in office administrative work
Some experience in Logistics and stock control
Good capacity to work in a team
Knowledge of English
Good Computer Skill, MS Word, MS Excel
Preferred
Experience in working for NGO
