Somotex Nigeria Limited is recruiting interested and suitably qualified candidates into the following vacant position:
LEGAL OFFICER
JOB DESCRIPTION
To manage the debt portfolio in accordance with legislation and company policy
To provide accurate information to assist with the correct billing and collection of these functions
Liaise with finance department on customers owing the organization.
Complete financial reconciliation’s as required.
To produce system reports to assist with the recovery of all debts outstanding.
Maintain the computer based information systems on all activities
Deal with a wide range of correspondence ensuring customers receive proper notice of any court action, adjournments and payment arrangements
Ensure cash is allocated correctly and deal with tracing missing payments.
REQUIREMENT
Must have a degree in Law.
Must have at least 2-3 years experience.
Experience in dept recovery will be an added advantange.
