The Position: Food and Beverage Manager

Job Description:

To plan, manage and carry out the day to day food and beverage related activities to meet the satisfaction of our customers and the competitive operational goals of our company and the industry.

Requirements for the Job:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Social Science related discipline.

• Certificate in Catering – competitive advantage

• Well established experience with an evidence in a Food and Beverage management in hospitality/fast food restaurant industry.

• Age of 30 years and over.

• Well established experience in managing customers’ complaints, customers’ relations, employer and employee conflicts or dispute resolution.

• Experience in record keeping and quality control in line with procedures established by our company.
