Responsibilities
Showroom Management, promos check, Stock Replenishments.
Daily & monthly sales target distribution to all department manager, Last Day sales achievement.
Gather trend and historic data in the showroom around sales & market recharge and provide input to assist in the planning process for sales & operation team.
Adhere to the budget guidelines for showroom
Achieve the showroom sales and operating expenses targets while maintaining focus on quality of customer service in department.
Ensure the creation of right shopping ambiance in the department.
Oversee the stock taking activities & monitor stock movements from warehouse to showroom & showroom to showroom in conjunction with Branch supply Chain Management
Implement loss prevention activities in the showroom as per the guidelines
Ensure adherence to department SOP’s to drive efficiency and utilize communication channels to provide upward feedback from time to time.
Follow all showroom operation SOP’s and work towards continuous improvement of the same
Conduct self audits in department on regular basis.
Oversee that the showroom staff is presentable and well groomed.
Impart training to CSA’s regarding product knowledge, promotion offers & schemes Etc.
Oversee all point of sale activities in the showroom which include- Sales transactions, tracking customer order and payment, inventory updates, providing service, handling returns and refunds, gather consumer data for feedback.
