We are recruiting to fill the position of:



Sales Coordinator (Hotels, Restaurant & Cafes) (Leventis Foods Limited)



 



Objectives


  • Implements the sales and marketing plan for the Hotel/Restaurant/Café (HORECA) channel to ensure sales targets are achieved or exceeded for the team.


Responsibilities


  • Sales and development of the company brands in the HORECA sector in Lagos

  • Daily interface with HORECA trade customers, brand development activity which includes design and implementation

  • Identifying and establishing contact with potential customer proactively.

  • Responding to sales inquiries from new and existing customers.

  • Maintaining the company’s contact database management with up-to-date contact, accurate and activity details.

  • Ensuring effective internal communication within the Sales, Marketing team.

  • Keeping a tight control on receivables and control credit limit with customers.

  • Implement coverage and frequency plan for HORECA Channel, as agreed with line Manager and achieve the targeted trade coverage, cell frequency and outlet call plan in the territory/Channel

  • Achieve excellent visibility of our brands through the placement, management and recording of merchandising materials in line with agreed objectives / outlets.


Qualification and Key Competencies


  • B.Sc/HND Marketing or any related discipline with 2-4 years relevant Sales & Marketing experience handling Food Service accounts specific to HORECA customers in the Lagos region ideally with international FMCG/food background with an emphasis on hotels, restaurants, catering businesses, and fast food chains

  • Excellent network of existing HORECA contacts and trade relationships.

  • Excellent problem solving and organization skills

  • Self-motivated and flexible and organization supervision.

  • Should have negotiation skills to deal with different kinds of customers

  • An established customer base and with an excellent rapport with key accounts.

  • Creative, action oriented person, reliable self-starter with the ability to work and deliver measurable result with little supervision.

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license

  • Exposure to Hotels, restaurants & catering knowledge with comprehensive awareness of Local Lagos Market


Logistics Officer (Leventis Motors Limited)



 



Responsibilities


  • Manage all trip issues pre/post within the plant

  • Assist delivery officers in filling forms

  • Monitoring / follow-up of field logistics systems to ensure all standard practices are adhered to and compliance maintained

  • Collect all forms wage bills & consignment debit notes

  • Payout trip allowances

  • Prepare reports on personnel & other operational logistics issues

  • Daily communication en-route with delivery officers

  • Assessment for safety invoicing and trip monitoring

  • Maintain optimum level of inventory

  • To manage the vendor and keep a good relationship with them.


Qualification and Requirements


  • B.Sc/HND in Social Science with minimum of 3 years experience in Logistic & Transportation

  • Basic personnel management and leadership skills

  • Understanding of items such as labor law and business ethics

  • Good interpersonal skill

  • Understanding of basic fleet-related accounting, budgeting, performance analysis and long term cost efficiency analysis.

  • Good communication skills including ability to prepare and present concise oral and written logistics operations reports.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft excels and word.


Key Account Manager – Bread & Pastries (Leventis Foods Limited)



 



Objective


  • Implements the sales and marketing plan for the corporate channels to ensure sales targets.


Responsibilities


  • Sales and development of bread and snacks in the corporate institution sector in Lagos

  • Daily interface with corporate customers, brand development activity which includes design and implementation

  • Identifying key accounts and set up new channel in close coordination with National Commercial Manager.

  • Forecasting sales per channel product and product group.

  • Provide sales and distribution expertise to channels and merchandisers including selling method and techniques.

  • Ensure maximum shelf presence and phasing within available outlets.

  • Updating National Commercial Manager or now products and customer needs, merchandising requirements and promotional strategies including competitor’s activities and other industry trends.

  • Gather data on marketing trends competitive products and pricing.

  • Liaises with distributors arid customers to maximize sales potentials

  • Collect competitors MIS and market update

  • Prepare and send sales reports as per defined system and processes

  • Coordinate, develop and groom sales reps towards organizational goals and objectives

  • Provide smart customer feedback

  • Maintain a superb customer relationship interface en behalf of the company


Qualifications and Key Competencies


  • B.Sc/HND in Marketing or any Social Sciences with 4-8 years sales experience

  • Sales and Marketing background

  • Ability to work under minimal supervision

  • Numerical skills

  • Confident and Presentable

  • Excellent communication and written skills

  • Must be computer literate


Sales Manager (Construction Equipment and Commercial Vehicles) – (Leventis Motors Limited)



 



Responsibilities


  • Actively Market and sell the company range of equipment and services on Construction Equipment or Commercial Vehicles such as Bulldozer, Excavator, Forklift, Teletruk, wheel loader or Bus, Truck, Trailer etc.

  • Prospect for new customers to form enduring relationships via sales calls, meeting and follow up to secure customer /sales.

  • Write sales order; secure deposit and processes paper works in accordance with established policies.

  • Keep an up to date account of customers’ activities and operations.

  • Continually studies of equipment specifications to improve knowledge performance and applications.


Qualifications and Requirements


  • B.Sc. /HND/B.Eng. or any relevant degree and MBA Marketing will be an added advantage with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Construction Equipment or Commercial Vehicle sales and services.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Capacity to work well in a team and results-driven.

  • Confident and sound presentation skill.

  • Ability to prioritize activities and cope with time pressure.

  • Negotiation skill.


Sales Manager (Druckfarben Nigeria Limited)



 



Responsibilities


  • Achievement of annual revenue, margin and P&L KPIs set in the business plan.

  • Grow distribution, (sales, marketing and promotional activation) number of customers and market share as per agreed strategy

  • Propose and import new products in the Nigerian market capable to grow market share

  • Ensure that the team has clear objectives and is methodically evaluated based on both performance and behaviour.

  • Provide monthly report, identify, deviations versus the plan and propose and implement corrective actions

  • Monitor and evaluate possible expansions in other territories of proximity

  • Leads the development relationship with keys customers who are considered strategic for the business.

  • Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professional in written responses to emails.

Objective


  • To acquire new business/accounts and sales delivery target set by the organization.


Responsibilities


  • Acquire new business/accounts within designated territory

Qualification and Key Competencies

Sales Engineer (Chrisstahl Nigeria Limited)



 



Responsibilities


  • Maintains relationships with Company clients and develops new contracts throughout Nigeria.

  • Responsible for development and delivery of products demonstrations

  • Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conference, seminars, etc.

  • Providing pre-sales and after sales support.

  • Convey customers requirements to products management teams.

  • Able to travel throughout Nigeria (sales territory) to meet the client, explore new ones.


Qualification and Key Competencies


  • Ideal candidates must be self motivated with a proven track record in plumbing and industrial goods sales.

  • Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.

  • Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails.

  • 0 – 3 years relevant experience in vendor sales

  • Experience and familiarity of our products and line of business a plus.

  • Mechanical or Chemical Engineering is strongly preferred.
