Requirements
BSc, HND, BA
7 years of working experience with an honours Degree from a recognized University at least second class upper division.
Must be a Registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer.
Ability to write and vet valuation reports. Must be conversant with the International Valuation Standards IVS or the RICS Red book.
Must be computer literate.
Be able to supervise professional staff and lead by example.
Salary and allowances negotiable.
