Job Description
We acquired a Hotel in Calabar, Cross Rivers State.
A self motivated person is required to turn around the hotel and put it proper place in the hospitality industry in Cross River State.


Key Roles and Responsibilities
The Manager sees him or herself as the image maker and conduct him or herself as a true ambassador.
Ensure retainerships are secured from companies.
See that the hotel obtains alt relevant licenses.
Develop menu and grow the kitchen to handle outdoor catering. Coordinate all methods of maintaining and increasing business volume.
This includes advertising, sales promotion, community relations, special sales projects.
Procure new and repeat business for the hotel by maintaining contact with airlines, travel Agencies, Commercial Houses, Private Clubs and Professional Associations within the community and neighboring markets.
Conducts interviews for hiring of staff to ensure staffing productivity.
Is up-to-date with current market trends and the competition, negotiate Suppliers agreements u to the best value for money.


Qualifications
Bachelors Degree minimum of second class lower
Professional qualification
Minimum of 10 years experience in hospitality management experience.
Knowledge of Calabar and its environs.
