Good University Degree In Business Administration Or Relevant Degree Experience In Hiring, Human Resources Management, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Communication Processes, Compensation And Wage Structure, Supports Diversity, Classifying Employees, Employment Law, Organization Excel Knowledge Of All Deductibles Relating To Payroll E.g. PAYE, Pension Etc. Minimum Of Three Years’ Experience In Human Resource


JOB SUMMARY

The Human Resource Officer is responsible for providing support in the various human resources functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place Provide advice and assistance with writing job descriptions Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations Identify training and development opportunities Compute monthly payroll using biometrics data Calculate overtime and bonuses for factory workers Record & maintain leave roster Calculate & maintain leave allowance for staff Record & monitor sick leave Provide basic welfare matters and counseling to staff that have performance related obstacles Provide advice and assistance in developing human resource strategic plans Execute job analysis to ensure staff‘s requirement, role and responsibility meet the need of the company Coordinate staff recruitment plan with line managers and ensure recruitment policy compliance. Ensure the quality of the recruitment process in a timely manner Other ad-hoc duties: • Do bi-weekly stock count in our Lagos depot • Organize security pick – ups for airport arrivals • Manage hotel bookings for management
