We are recruiting to fill the position of:

FINANCE OFFICER

JOB DESCRIPTION

Implement financial policies and procedures

Assist with preparation of the budget

Establish, maintain and reconcile the general ledger

Establish and maintain cash controls

Establish and maintain supplier accounts

Prepare and reconcile bank statements

Monitor cash reserves and investments

Processes Ensure data.

Maintain the purchase order system.

Supplier invoices is entered into the system Ensure transactions are properly recorded and Prepare income.

Entered into the computerized accounting system statements

Prepare balance sheets

Compile source documents.

Reconcile the accounts receivable

Issue receipts.

Reconcile weekly deposits

REQUIREMENTS

B.Sc in Accounting, Economics, Banking & Finance

2-3 years relevant experience

Not more than 28 years old by December 2015
