Job Description

• Minimum 8 years Experience in Human Resource Operations, preferably in the FMCG industry or in Outsourcing/Contingent Staff Management


• At least five years in a management role, with responsibility for managing P&L


• A background in HR Consulting is also an advantage


• First Degree any discipline


• MBA or a Masters in H.R. or Industrial Psychology preferred


• Professional membership of CIPM, CIPD or SHRM required


• Demonstrated experience working in a complex or pioneering environment and in facilitating change management
