ASSISTANT DRILLER
Salary: Negotiable
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Driller on the drill floor in order to take the correct decisions as well as monitor procedures and crew supervisor
REQUIREMENTS

Valid IWCF/IACD
Land Rig Experience of up to 8years
Strong knowledge of drilling techniques and systems.
LANDRIG DRILLER
LOCATION: Port Harcourt, Nigeria
Salary: Negotiable
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Assure the specifications, goals, budget and objectives of drilling contractor are attained.
Monitor rig’s activity according to the required company regulations along with statutory requirement, and implement Environmental policies and Health and Safety procedures.
Train, brief (e.g. pre-shift safety meetings), assist as well as supervise the crew on the drill floor. Including the Assistant Driller and Roughnecks (or only the Ass. Driller??).
Assure the safety of the crew on the drill floor and safe working practices.
Arrange the continual housekeeping in and about the drill floor.
Assure drilling equipment is operated properly and effective by the crew.
Maintain and control sufficient stock of machinery and equipment required for regular drilling operations as well as for repairing any drilled holes caused by mechanical breakdowns or natural conditions.
Operate the automated Driller to run breaks and drill the hole.
Conduct regular inspections, interpret the outcomes referring to gas and fluids with high pressure and develop administrative records . Provide results to Company Management accordingly.
In case of emergencies (gas blow out preventer -BOP), take the correct counter measures to stop or control the well.
Communicate closely with Client Representatives as well as Company Management.
REQUIREMENTS
Trend Monitoring, HPHT Finger Printing .

Strong experience in crew supervision, emergency procedures, pressure systems, drilling fluids, in addition to other drilling techniques.
Land Rig Experience of up to 15years
Strong knowledge of drilling techniques and systems.
TOOLPUSHER
Location: Port Harcourt, Nigeria
Salary: Negotiable
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Rig Manager to compute technical information for future planning and coordinate plans with drilling department and Oil Company.
Assist Rig Manager to manage conditions for the safety of crew as well as third party personnel.
Assist Rig Manager in supervising operations at production wells and manage the efficiency of drilling operations. Scheduling work is also part of the job.
Maintain an adequate and sufficient stock of materials (ordering spare parts, valve devices, drilling tools, fuel, water and other supplies).
Handle the human resources of a rig and the supply of skilled personnel for operations. Assure safety systems, recruitment, promotions, terminations, payroll, etc…
REQUIREMENTS
Competent leadership and communication skills are essential for this position.
