Our hotel, 30 rooms is located in Port-Harcourt and we are looking for a dynamic and sales focused

professional who has a relentless drive to deliver more than just results.

Hotel Manager

 

The applicant will have ultimate responsibility of the overall operation of the hotel and must have had experience in similar hotel overseas or high quality hotel in Nigeria .

Duties

• Using hotel resources to maximize guests’ satisfaction and optimize revenue.


• Representing the hotel in the market place and develop relationship with key accounts.


• Developing and implementing staff training programs


• Providing the hotel owners with regular reports on the hotels operating objectives and fiscal performance.


• Aggressively managing all the independent revenue and expense areas to ensure profitability.


• Aptitude in financial management, financial reports and analysis.

Qualifications

• A minimum of B.Sc or HND (Upper Credit) in Catering and Hotel Management.


• 10 years experience in Catering and Hotel Management.


• Membership of relevant professional association will be an advantage.


• An attractive, negotiable, competitive package that is based on experience.
