As a result of business expansion, we have openings for SALES AGENTS.  Sales Agent are responsible for taking our Search Engine Optimization, SEO, services to artisans, professionals, and SMEs with a view to ranking them  on Google page1 for their respective industry keyword.


SALES AGENTS


MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As Sales Agent, your responsibilities/job description will include the following:

Research industries and compile prospective customer databases

Source for, initiate, and close deals with, customers

Answer inbound calls courteously; respond to customer inquiries

Generate customer interest in company (SEO) services

Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of customers

Ensure feedback from the customer to further improve the customer services

Manage and update customer databases with the status of each customer

Provide customers with comprehensive information on products and services

Build customer loyalty by follow-up of customer calls

Evaluate problems of the customers and provide logical lasting solutions

Manage filing, mailing, correspondence and other management tasks.


EDUCATION AND COMPETENCY

A minimum qualification of OND is acceptable for this position.  HND and Degree holders are welcome to apply.  However, the ideal candidate must have genuine interest in our line of business, and a good understanding of our industry.  Creativity, ability to work with little or no supervision, courtesy and eloquence are some of the key attributes for this position.


SALES TARGETS AND REMUNERATION

Sales targets are carefully crafted and revised to ensure they are realistic and achievable.  Remuneration ranges between a minimum of N30,000 and a maximum of N100,000 per month, depending on performance.  The maximum remuneration is already being enjoyed by existing agents.
