GENERAL MANAGER – LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Undertaking appropriate research

Identifying new business opportunities

Marketing and selling conferences

Planning and organising the company’s annual conference/awards event.


QUALIFICATIONS

The candidate for this position must have a degree in a relevant field.

A Master’s degree is an added advantage

Must not be less than 35 years’of age

Must have at least five years working experience in a relevant field


SKILLS:

Ability to cope pressure

Excellent interpersonal skills

Meticulous attention to detail

Effective time management and organisational abilities.


REMUNERATION

The remuneration package for both positions is very attractive and includes bonuses on achievement of set targets.


GENERAL MANAGER (EDUCATION INSTITUTION)


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Placement of students in international schools

Managing a test and prep school

Managing medium and high level training sessions


QUALIFICATIONS

The candidate for this position must have an Education degree

A Masters degree is an added advantage

Must not be less than 35 years of age

Must have at least five years working experience in the Education sector


REMUNERATION

The remuneration package for both positions is very attractive and includes bonuses on achievement of set targets.
