Job Title: Deputy Manager, Compensation

Job Description
Initiate corporate remuneration policies and develop processes to guide their implementation.
Conduct Remuneration Surveys and analyze with recommendation for implementation to ensure corporate competitiveness across 4 West African countries.
Design and administer annual salary programs and benefits for each country
Study country labour laws to ensure Company is compliant with remuneration structures for each country
Advise and participate in country Collective Agreement negotiations
Conduct Job Evaluation, Leveling & Pricing for all Jobs
Develop and monitor Department Annual Budget and Reporting
