Job Title: Process Engineer
Job Description
Develop Heat & Material Balances using simulation software.
Develop Process Flow diagrams to show unit operations necessary to convert feedstock into specification products, in the most economical manner
Define and size Equipment and Instrumentation to be implemented and issues relevant Process Data sheets
Elaborate Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams P&IDs.
Define the utilities requirements and design the associated simulations and systems.
Define quantities and characteristics of effluents to be disposed to the environment
Ensure the preparation of Operating Manual and Test Run procedures.
Implement contractual design philosophy.
Check technical quality of calculations, deliverable produced by junior engineers.
