LEGAL AND CORPORATE SERVICES MANAGER
Lead in the development of legal policies, process and procedures in line with the Nigerian law and the strategic objectives of Air Peace Limited.
Provide professional and strategic legal advice to the Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors and Senior Management.
Review all contracts or any other documentation where the Company has committed itself and assess legal implications that need to be brought to the Executive Management’s attention.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Good knowledge of Nigerian Laws. understanding of the legal system, high standards of professionalism and integrity and Good interpersonal skills
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in law.
Masters Degree in law will be an added advantage.
At least 10 years of experience in a legal role in the Aviation sector, 5 of which should be at Managerial capacity .
HEAD – INFORMATION AND TECHNOLOGY
Create and maintain Information Technology & Management strategy in line with stakeholder needs and in keeping up with current best practice in the field of Information Technology.
Develop and maintain the Major Incident & Business Continuity plan for IT and to implement measures designed to safeguard the Information Technology and Management needs of Air Peace Limited in the event of major incidents.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to translate Organisational direction into specific team and individual job expectations, managing performance through effective monitoring. coaching. and feedback. .
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
A B.Sc. in computer science or equivalent field with 15 or more years of progressive IT experience, 5 of which should be in Managerial capacity.
Experience in a multi-office environment is an added advantage.
CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGER
Improve delivery of the company’s products and services through developing strong relationships and communication channels between customers and relevant support teams.
Ensuring a continuous promotion of Air Peace Limited Products and Services.
Develop and implement the Business Customer Relationship Management & Loyalty Strategy to improve acquisition and retention of customers.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Good oral and written communication skills.
Excellent Organisational skills.
Must be self-motivated and able to relate progressively at all levels of the Organisation.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
University Degree or its equivalent in Social Science or related field.
10 years progressive work experience.
At least 5 of which should be in a Managerial Capacity. Experience in
Airline Loyalty programme and a Masters in Business Administration will be an added advantage.
