Job Description
The Household Economic Strengthening Technical Officer will support PEPFAR OVC Implementing Partner capacity strengthening efforts related to HES by providing training, accompaniment and technical support to PEPFAR OVC IPs with a focus on the implementation and management of savings groups, financial education, market opportunity identification/assessment, entrepreneurship and business development services.
S/he will support IPs to liaise with relevant government ministries and programs, other technical experts and agencies and the private sector to support household graduation and transition.

Job Description
The Household Economic Strengthening Technical Officer will support PEPFAR OVC Implementing Partner capacity strengthening efforts related to HES by providing training, accompaniment and technical support to PEPFAR OVC IPs with a focus on the implementation and management of savings groups, financial education, market opportunity identification/assessment, entrepreneurship and business development services.
S/he will support IPs to liaise with relevant government ministries and programs, other technical experts and agencies and the private sector to support household graduation and transition.
The position will also include regular mentoring and visits to the field to review case files and conduct supportive supervision of the CSOs and IPs. This position reports to the HES Technical Director.
