Job Description
Managing the logistics tasks of the online aspect of the retail business to ensure optimum customer satisfaction and business growth
Direct optimize and coordinate full order cycle
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock level, delivery time
Design, improve and implement all logistic processes in order to ensure an optimal Customer Experience
Consolidating customers orders and liaise with sourcing team
Handling customers product enquiry and after-sale service
Updating order status and inventory list
Receiving and checking inbound inventory against delivery list
Conducting product quality check (QC) and confirmation before dispatch
Coordinate and liaise with third party logistic (3PL)
Maintaining proper inventory storage including periodic stock counts
Performing warehouse duties including order picking and packing, filing and completing order and shipping documents.
