Job Title: Procurement and Logistics Officer
Job Description
Bi-annual evaluation of registered vendors.
Prompt issuance of P.O for all contracts awarded, management approval of contract awarded and effective follow up regarding PO’s issued.
Being customers’ single point contact for all procurement.
Negotiate using cost cutting, savings technics and manage contracts with suppliers.
Drive supply chain, Order management, claim administration & logistics.
Vendor Management: all procurement & clearing must be done within timeline specified timelines
Ensure there is no stock out on consumables at all times
Ensure the implementation of the Admin policies and procedures.
