FINANCE & ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Process and prepare financial and business forms for the purpose of checking account balances

Perform routine calculations to produce analyses and reports as requested by the finance director

Help oversee and manage individual accounts

Create, send, and follow up on invoices

Review and adhere to department budgets

Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets

Review and audit financial statements and reports, ensure all calculations and data entries are correct

Reconcile any discrepancies or errors identified by conversing with employees and/or clients

Report any troubling discoveries or suspicion of wrongdoing to the proper authorities

Collect information for and prepare payroll payments for employees

Adhere to the company’s or organization’s financial policies and procedures

Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions


Working Knowledge, Skills and Competencies and Attributes

Understanding of current accounting principles

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications

IFRS guidelines


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

University Graduate

Must be a Chartered Accountant

2 – 5 years progressively responsible experience in an accounting role.


CSR PROJECT MANAGER


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Development: Work with external agency to develop and maintain detailed proposals for Corporate Social Responsibility strategy

Delivery: Manage and co-ordinate the delivery of the programme, including target setting, governance, audit and reporting

Work with the communications team to ensure effective internal and external communications of CSR activity, including stakeholder engagement in shaping the strategy

Influence senior management and key departments to secure ongoing commitment to the approach

Liaise with shareholders to establish consistency of CSR approach and ensuring benefits are realized

Co-coordinating  volunteer  activities  and  events,  drumming  up  support  and  persuading  employee participation

Negotiating and overseeing sponsorship deals and other educational or environmental partnerships

Measuring the uptake and outcomes of CSR campaigns

Looking at investments making sure they are socially and ethically responsible

Working in partnership with community groups


WORKING KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES AND ATTRIBUTES

A track record of success and achievement demonstrated within relevant CSR roles at a senior level.  If not the owner of CSR strategy, you must be able to evidence significant input into the strategy and responsibility for the delivery of a comprehensive CSR programme.

Strong delivery focus with proven experience of managing complex projects successfully in a busy business environment.

Influential and engaging – inspires others by developing credible strategies, and demonstrating high levels of personal impact and credibility.

Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills.

Diplomatic – able to see what’s important to different parties and to challenge in a positive manner.

Demonstrates learning agility, strong thinking and analytical skills.  Ability to get up to speed with new processes/procedures and able to adapt readily to change

University Graduate

6 – 8 years progressively responsible experience in CSR Project management


LIFE MARKETING OFFICER


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Market the company’s products and services to potential and existing customers

Review premium rates, policy terms and conditions to meet client`s needs

Maintain good public relations with current and prospective customers

Review and present for approval proposals to render Insurance services to customers

Ensure timely and efficient service delivery to customers

Understanding of current technical insurance principles

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

University Graduate

LIFE MARKETING MANAGER


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Directs all functions for Marketing, Direct Channel Sales, Competition Monitoring and ProductDevelopment

Ensuring the Division operates within the established budget

Developing and fostering strong interdepartmental relationships with all other business units

Deliver marketing messages across all mediums to drive profitable sales

Develop and deliver integrated marketing plans that support sales efforts and generate results

Conduct thorough investigations to research and analyze competitor trends in pricing, commissions, products, risk management and marketing programs to identify and measure company’s competitive position in current and emerging market conditions.

Direct and manage the development of effective marketing campaigns.

Build and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, internal and external customers.
