Job Title: Head, Human Resources
Job Description
Overall responsibility of manpower planning and recruitment
Oversees recruitment process
Develops the induction and orientation programmes for the new recruits
Works out compensation plan and policies
Conducts researches to study the current compensation trends in the market. Implements laid down procedures
Project Manage performance management process where necessary
Develop and Implement employee welfare and disciplinary policies
Provide quarterly HR reports
Perform other duties as assigned
