ACCOUNT OFFICER

The Account Officer post is one of the main functions managing the financial reports and accounting of the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES


Posting of financial entries in the ERP

Carrying out Revenue Assurance for the branches

Preparing monthly account reconciliations as assigned

Responsible for the preparation of audit schedules and assist auditors in their inquiries when necessary.

Responsible for monitoring fixed asset acquisitions and disposals in the accounting system.

Other accounting related responsibilities as assigned.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Internal Control Officer assists in carrying out given tasks towards achieving the purpose and objective of the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure reliability and sufficiency of the financial and management information generated and reported by the Accounts Officers

Investigate issues relating to sales, returns/exchange and discrepancies of merchandise and ensure compliance to related policies

Ensure compliance to organisational policies and procedures

Ensure the accuracy of the inventory data base of the company as a whole

Ensure there are duly authorized documentary approvals for every transaction

Carry out audit checks across the company’s outlets

Confirm in-coming and out-going merchandise in the warehouse

Monitor inter-branch transfers and sales layaway requests

Participate in physical stock taking exercise across branches

Ensure compliance to laid down company policies and to statutory regulations

Periodic confirmation of the existence of all fixed (tangible) assets and ensure they are properly and adequately accounted for.

Assess and identify potential risk areas within the organization and make appropriate recommendation to mitigate them.

Evaluating and improving the internal control, accounting systems and organization procedures to determine that they are properly designed, functioning and regularly updated

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Contact Center Consultant is responsible for answering inbound calls to assist customer and potential customer inquiries.

This person will have a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the firm’s procedures, products and services, and will demonstrate proper telephone etiquette and a high level of engagement and commitment to call quality.


JOB DUTIES

Answer all incoming calls with a pleasant, professional voice and good listening skills

The role of a driver in Audacious Business Concept Ltd requires adequate experience in driving as well as great attitude and disposition to work.


RESPONSIBILITIES


Safely transport Personnel and equipment to appointed location.

Ensure vehicle is maintained and safe to use

Ensure trip inspections are carried out before and after each journey

Keep and maintain driver’s log.


REQUIREMENTS

Must have at least two years driving experience

Must have a valid driver’s license

Must have no criminal record

Must be conversant with Lagos Routes. Knowledge of other routes outside Lagos is an added advantage

Must have proof of proper driving lesson or training from a recognized driving school

Ability to drive several types of vehicles

Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.

Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
