Simeon’s Pivot Resources is mandated by it’s client, a Manufacturing support services is seeking for suitable candidate (full time) to fill the below position:


BOOK KEEPER/ACCOUNT OFFICER


JOB DESCRIPTIONS

It includes but is not limited to the following:


Balancing accounts (also known as ‘double book keeping’)

Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments

Completing VAT returns

Preparing invoices for the Inland Revenue

Checking company bank statements

Preparing cash flow statements

Dealing with financial paperwork and filing

Preparing quotations

Preparing invoices

Filing Pension for PFA

Inventory reconciliation


QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE/SKIILS

At least ND/NCE in Book Keeping, Accounting or related course

At least 1-3 years experience

Relevant professional qualification is an advantage but not a Must

Accounting skills

Accounts Receivables/Payables

General Ledger

Reconciliation

A proven knowledge in accounting software will be an advantage
