The Director of Studies would be responsible for maintaining and raising the profile of the College.
He/She will establish and maintain a strong corporate culture.
The candidate must be ready to lead the College in all areas, duties include, but not limited to; Academic/Curriculum Management, Staff Development and Training.
SKILL/COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate must have a Master’s degree (preferably in Education or other relevant discipline).
The candidate must possess a minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role in an educational institution.
The candidate must also possess a minimum of 10 years’ experience teaching IGCSE, WAEC/A-Level Curriculum.
He/She must have an exceptional passion for education.
He/She must have strong leadership skills.
ADMINISTRATIVE/HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
The Administrative Manager will be responsible for Quality Management, Process Improvement, Facilities Management, Staff Recruitment and Training.
SKILL/COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidates must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related discipline.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years experience in a top administrative role (preferably in an Educational setting.)
He/She must provide communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment.
He/She must also possess excellent Interpersonal and Communications Skills.

GUIDANCE COUNSELLOR
JOB DESCRIPTION
To counsel and guide students on academics, provide moral guidance and ensure students’ emotional wellbeing for a rewarding stay at the College.
SKILL/COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Guidance and Counselling or other relevant discipline.
Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, be approachable and passionate.
Must be knowledgeable on the Child Protection Act and other legislation related to the protection of the girl child.
Candidate must also demonstrate teaching competence in Sociology/Psychology.
MATRON/HOUSE MOTHER
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
The Matron is in charge of the Boarding House and is responsible for the welfare of the students.
She must be a caring and energetic person with a genuine interest in working with young adults.
SKILL/COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
The Ideal candidate must possess a good University Degree in any discipline and the ability to supervise and manage students effectively.
Candidates must possess at least a minimum 5 years cognate experience in Pastoral Care and Hostel Management.
She must possess excellent leadership and communications skills.
She must demonstrate passion to nurture and help students thrive in an academic environment.
She must be warm and approachable, but also able to discipline in a firm manner.
HEAD CLEANER
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
The Head Cleaner is responsible for supervising a team of cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness within the school environment.
SKILL/COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must possess at least a minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
The ldeal candidate must demonstrate ability to lead and manage other cleaning staff.
He/She must be able to organize the working roster of a team of cleaning staff.
He/She must undertake cleaning duties and substitute for absent staff where necessary.
KITCHEN MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations to include but not limited to; food preparation, inventory, storage, recipe development and excellent service delivery.
SKILL/COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must possess at least a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role in a large kitchen setting in addition to a Diploma in Catering/Hotel Management.
The ideal candidate must be able to supervise and instruct kitchen personnel in the safe handling and proper preparation of food.
He/She must have good communication and excellent people skills.
He/She must have strong leadership skills
He/She will give direction and manage the kitchen personnel for results.
COOK
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
The Cook is responsible for meal preparation, serving meals, record keeping and cleaning of all kitchen equipment and accessories.
SKILL/COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must be able to prepare and serve nutrition and tasty meals whilst maintaining excellent standards of hygiene under supervision.
Possession of a Diploma in Catering will be an added advantage.
He/she must adhere to all public health regulations regarding food storage and preparation.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a fast paced kitchen.
