HEAD, FINANCIAL ADVISORY
DESCRIPTION
The responsibilities of this position include:
Overseeing and executing of all advisory services mandates
Operating as a leader in the team, motivating and developing the team to maximize their success and that of the business
Managing relationships with existing clients and undertaking strategic role in building relationships with all potential clients and intermediaries
Developing strong level of awareness of service offering within the organization and building strong internal relationships
Implementing strategy, policies and business plan for your unit which focuses on identifying , targeting and attracting clients and transaction opportunities that would result in the acquisition of mandates
Networking with key market participants including intermediaries, government and other institutions, stockbrokers etc
Performing any other task as may be assigned by the management
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA)or related field and a minimum of 6-8years of experience in the financial services industry
The position holder will also have experience in a senior leadership role

INVESTMENT BANKER (SENIOR/EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT LEVEL)
DESCRIPTION
Expanding existing and developing new client networks
Originating new client engagements that fit the strategy of the organization
Actively leading in outreach and business development opportunities and market full range of services to prospective clients
Establishing and maintaining relationships with current and potential corporate partners in order to generate business opportunities
Communicating regulatory, financial information and complex strategic issues relating to financial services industry
Serving as internal and external thought leader by participating in key industry conferences, being interviewed by journalists and other avenues to generate exposure and build brand
Ensuring staff development and retention, staff productivity and efficient management of the team which will result in superior customer service, customer retention and increased profitability of the organization.

INTEGRATED FARM MANAGER
DESCRIPTION
Summary: This position includes planning strategies for maximum yield, organizing farm administration, working machinery, organizing associated businesses and managing staff.
The responsibilities of this position includes but not limited to the following:
Planning finances and production to maintain farm progress against budget parameters
Performing administrative duties such as;
Arranging the maintenance and repair of farm buildings, machinery and equipment
Buying supplies, such as fertilizers and seeds
Engaging in practical activities such as driving tractors, operating machinery, feeding livestock, spraying fields/ managing staff who perform these tasks
Marketing the farm’s products
Planning activities for trainee staff, mentoring and monitoring them
Maintaining and monitoring the quality of yield, whether livestock or crops
Understanding the implications of the weather and making contingency plans
Making sure products are ready for deadlines, such as auctions and markets
Ensuring current government regulations concerning farm activities are complied with
Ensuring that farm activities comply with government regulations
Monitoring animal health and welfare, including liaising with vets
Maintaining a knowledge of pests and diseases and an understanding of how they spread and how to treat them
Applying health and safety standards across the farm estate
Protecting the environment and maintaining biodiversity
Keeping financial records up to date.

FINANCIAL ANALYST
DESCRIPTION
The responsibilities of this position include:
Conducting business, industry and capital market research
Preparing detailed written reports utilizing financial statement analysis, spreadsheet models and valuation techniques
Preparing presentation materials
Monitoring developments with publicly traded corporations by participating on investor calls, tracking stock performance and reviewing SEC filings
Formulating trading strategies for mandates consistence with investment guidelines
Preparing customized reporting and client presentations for institutional accounts
Contributing to business development efforts by performing market research on prospective clients, preparing marketing materials, participating in marketing pitches and networking at industry functions
Preparing pitch books to support the group’s ongoing business development efforts
Work effectively with colleagues to deliver high quality client service
REQUIREMENTS
Desired Skills and Experience
MBA or Master’s degree from a reputable institution with a concentration in Finance or related field (3-4 years of experience in the financial service industry)
Ability to perform detailed financial statement analysis and construct financial models
CFA designation will be considered in lieu of MBA degree
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional interest in investment management, equity research, corporate governance and legal /regulatory issues
Strong teamwork and client service orientation
Highly motivated individual, eager to learn and contribute to the team’s success
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
High level of integrity
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Power-point and Word
