Job Title: Monitoring & Evaluation Assistant
Job Description
Assists Programme staff develop baseline and endline data for each project site in the Programme
Monitor and quality assurance spot checks on each project site
Monitoring visits to programme areas
Initiation and implementation of a complaints handling mechanism
Development of case studies to capture qualitative outputs of the project
Work with programme staff to design and adopt reporting formats required by the NRC system (GORS).
Supervise data input into the GORS and processes for checking data quality with programme staff
Prepare periodic progress reports and other documents as required
Investigate and facilitate introduction of new technology, methods and approaches in order to improve the quality of the activities
