FINANCE RECONCILIATION OFFICER
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and develop and update Mobile -Money reporting template to better analyse and benchmark data
Prepare and analyse monthly reporting for Monthly Performance, Review (MPR) in order to take immediate appropriate actions and solutions to meet target.
Ensure timely – daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation and collection of revenue from the payment gateways
Ensure daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation with the mobile operators/billers from airtime/bill payments
Follow up/ escalate any delay in payment of agreed revenue for immediate competition.
Ensure that all Mobile Money Accounts (Regulatory, Operational, etc) are opened and monitored on daily basis and proofed accordingly.
Participate in the most projects, such as system implementations, Agent Network increase with third party, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
4 to 5 years’ experience in public accounting or equivalent financial reporting experience
Strong knowledge of financial systems
Good computer skills and proficiency in all other Microsoft Office applications
Ability to interpret Financial Data from various systems and in various formats
