BRANCH/SALES SUPERVISORS
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage branch operations and sales performance.
Initiate strategic interventions to drive aggressive sales within branch location.
Market and close sales of company’s products and services to current and potential customers;
Optimally manage branch officers to improve sales performance
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
Identify sales prospects and contact and close sales;
Ensure high level customer satisfaction through excellent sales service;
Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
Recommend several sales strategies in order to drive sales;
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options with customers;
Cross sell products;
Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service;
Build productive trust relationships with customers;
Error free transactions/Ability to follow laid down processes for sales initiatives and routine duties.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Minimum of B.Sc from any recognized Higher Institution
5-7 years experience in sales
Not less than 27yrs, not more than 32yrs
