Qualifications:
- OND/HND in the social sciences or business administration/Secretarial Studies
- Possession of Higher Degree or relevant professional qualification is an added advantage
- Fully conversant with Word, Excel, Power point and other relevant applications
- Must possess minimum of 4 years post qualification experience
- Should have held verifiable high position at managerial or supervisory level in the last 2 years
- Relevant experience in Real Estate Management will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Identification and management of good business prospects.
- Adequate implementation of record-based and target-driven business plan and profitable business budget.
- Efficient client management strategies and interpersonal business relationship.
- Putting in place appropriate business plans and budget to ensure profitability and maintenance of cash flow.
- Maintenance of existing and creation of new clients.
