Plan for sales execution

Execute sales plans

Grow volume and market share

Leverage business relationships

Leverage sales credit opportunities

Monitor sales volume and market share targets

Evaluate and measure sales execution performance

Control fixed costs

Manage third party contractors and legal compliance

Manage Human Resources


REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of HND or B. Degree in a commercial field

4 years’ experience in a similar role in an FMCG environment

Sound theoretical and practical knowledge of Sales in FMCG

Good Knowledge of Ms Office Package

Good communication skills

Good people management skills

Good interpersonal skills

Excellent leadership qualities

Ability to handle pressure

Attention to detail

Ability to work effectively in a team environment


DISTRICT MANAGER


REFERENCE NUMBER: PB0001

Review sales and operational performance

Manage financial performance

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of B. Degree in a commercial field. Masters in Business Administration will be an added advantage.

5 years’ experience in a similar role in an FMCG environment
