SALES EXECUTIVE
We’re looking for a COMPETITIVE representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Present, promote and sell our IT solutions using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Regularly report on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new solutions.
Continuously improve through feedback
Collaborate with team to achieve better results
REQUIREMENTS:
BS/BA degree in marketing or related field
2-3 years prior work experience in a Sales/Client relationship management role
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Self-motivated, Competitive and Target driven with a genuine passion for sales
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
PRESALES/TEHNICAL EXECUTIVE
PURPOSE OF ROLE:
We are looking for a smart and customer oriented IT spe…t. She/he will be responsible for working hand-in-hand with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions from our portfolio of IT security solutions to clients.
JOB LOCATION: Ikeja & Multiple Client Sites
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensuring an in-depth understanding and ability to deploy our portfolio of security solutions to clients.
Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.
Attending meetings with designated sales team members and acting as subject matter expert.
Working closely and collaboratively with clients to devise effective solutions.
Ensuring that the company’s solutions can deliver on the customer’s requirements.
Working closely with clients to understand and capture requirements.
Replying to clients following requests for information and proposal requests.
Presenting proposals to clients alongside members of the sales team.
Providing ongoing support for clients post implementation.
REQUIREMENTS:
HND/BS/MS degree in IT, Computer Science or a closely related field
Prior CCNA training and certification is key for success in this role
Basic skills in Windows Server configuration
Ability to configure Switch & Router etc.
Good communication skills and positive ‘can do’ attitude to work
Customer service skills and Client-facing experience is essential
