The Krones Group, headquartered in Neutraubling, Germany, plans, develops and manufactures machines and complete lines for the fields of process, filling and packaging technology. Every day, millions of bottles, cans, and special-shaped containers are handled on lines from Krones, particularly in breweries, the soft-drinks sector and at producers of still or sparkling wines and spirits, but also in the food and luxury-goods industries, plus the chemical, cosmetics and pharmaceutical sectors.


TECHNICAL TRAINER, FILLING TECHNOLOGY-MECHANICAL


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

To deliver standard and customized training courses to External customers and Internal Service Personnel.

To assist Customers and Service with their Training needs by developing training and assessment documentation.

To assist with the development of new training courses in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders.

To assist with the setup and maintenance of the intemal Training facility.

To assist with the marketing and promotion of training to external customers.


ROLE SPECIFIC SKILLS ATTRIBUTES
Knowledge and Experience

Knowledge of Krones technology and its range of equipment

5-7 years field experience, specializing in Filler machines

Experience and knowledge of mechanical maintenance/overhauling tasks in a Beverage packaging’Bottling environment


QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIRED

Mechanical Trade/Engineering Qualification

Training and Development qualification

Train-the-trainer(preferably)

Facilitation skills(preferably)

Assessor and Moderation accreditation(preferably)


SPECIFIC JOB SKILLS

Learning and development principals and methods

Strong inter-personal skills – team builder and participant

Computer Skills


MS Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint,

SAP (preferably)

Literacy and Numeracy

Good understanding of financial management and principals

Good understanding of compiling training material

Commercial Skills


Very good communication skills (written, presentation and facilitation)

Build mutually beneficial relationships intemally and externally

Facilitation skills

Management Ability


Professional liaison with all levels of management and technical clients, both internally and externally

Project leadership and mentoring skills to colleagues, client and students

Possess a valid passport

Able to travel both domestic and foreign

Extensive travel throughout the Sub-Saharan region and Globally


SALES COORDINATOR


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

Promote and Support Sales activities in Francophone Africa.

Coordinate all enquiries, quotations and orders for spare parts.

Clarification of all queries before orders is placed ..

Use the escalation procedure to prevent order delays by being pro-active.

Keep internal role players informed on status of key orders timeously.

Process invoicing and shipping documentation accurately and timeously ..

Follow-up with customers on OPEN quotations to ascertain status of a potential order.

General administration/filing


ROLE SPECIFIC SKILLS ATTRIBUTES

Knowledge and Experience

Strong admin skills with attention to detail

Strong knowledge and usage of French language

Inventory Management

Project Management

Excellent verbal and written skills in French


QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIRED

B.Sc/HND or equivalent in French, any sales, financial and mathemallcal certification would be an advantage
Applicants with French as lingua franca and those from Francophone countries would be expected to possess B.Sc/HND or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Management, Marketing, Accounting and Finance
